Forest bathing registration- Your forest bathing guide requires all participants to fill in the form below in order to participate on the day.

On the day (Date of event is displayed on your ticket)
10.20am meet for a prompt start at 10.30am
Meeting point - The meeting point is the welcome cabin on the walk down from the car park towards the house - Map on ticket email.
Please bring- An exercise mat/towel/picnic blanket (something to sit on) and a cup/flask for a drink towards the end of the session
Car parking: Car parking is free for forest bathing attendees. Upon entry to the car park please tell the Park attendant that you are there for the Forest Bathing event. If there is no one there you can park up and you will be given a leaflet at the meeting point to leave in the car explaining that you are there for the event.
